Refunds shall be issued solely at the discretion of Flyers Academy in cases of service non-fulfillment, fraudulent activity, or violations of Company policies. If a user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions without the knowledge of Flyers Academy, the Company shall not be held liable for any refund claims related to the service in question.
